Shred: (Seated Overhand Grip Lat Pulldowns on Cable, 4 sets of 15 reps), (Alternating Bent Over Rows w/ DB’s, 4 sets of 12 reps alternating
Shred: 4 sets of 16 reps on each movement, rest 30 – 60 seconds between sets Bulk: 4 sets of 12 reps on each movement,
Shred: 2 sets of forearm handle twists for 30 seconds, followed by 12 overhand curls, rest 60 seconds between sets Bulk: 2 sets of forearm
Shred: 4 sets of 12 reps on each movement, rest 60 – 90 seconds between sets Bulk: 4 sets of 10 reps on each movement,
