Shred: (DB Curls on Incline Bench, 3 sets of 16 reps), (Single Arm DB Preacher Curls on back of Incline Bench, 4 sets of 12 reps on each arm), (DB Inside Hammer Curls, 3 sets of 16 reps on each arm), (Backhand Triceps Pushdowns on Cable w/ EZ Bar attachment, 3 sets of 16 reps), (Close, Overhand Grip Triceps Pushdowns on Cable w/ EZ Bar attachment, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Triceps Pushdowns w/ Rope Splits on Cable, 3 sets of 16 reps) Rest 60 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium to low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)

Bulk: (DB Curls on Incline Bench, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Single Arm DB Preacher Curls on back of Incline Bench, 4 sets of 10 reps on each arm), (DB Inside Hammer Curls, 3 sets of 12 reps on each arm), (Backhand Triceps Pushdowns on Cable w/ EZ Bar attachment, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Close, Overhand Grip Triceps Pushdowns on Cable w/ EZ Bar attachment, 4 sets of 10 reps), (Triceps Pushdowns w/ Rope Splits on Cable, 3 sets of 12 reps) Rest 90 seconds between sets
