Shred: 5 sets of 20 reps (10 reps on each side), rest 60 seconds between sets

Bulk: 5 sets of 16 reps (8 reps on each side), rest 90 seconds between sets

Shred & Bulk: Take longer rest times if you need to but I still want you to push yourself!
