Shred & Bulk: As the reps decrease, increase the weight.

Shred – Set 1: 15 reps, Set 2: 12 reps & 3 push-ups, Set 3: 9 reps & 6 push-ups, Set 4: 6 reps & 9 push-ups, Set 5: 15 reps & 15 push-ups (decrease the weight back down for set 5), rest 90 seconds between sets
