4.7.21 Workout: Back

Shred: (Underhand Grip Barbell Rows w/ Chest Against Incline Bench, 5 sets of 12 reps), (Hammer Grip Machine Rows, 5 sets of 15 reps), (Seated Overhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 5 sets of 12-16 reps), (Lat Pushdowns on Cable w/ Rope Attachment, 5 set of 20 reps), (Pull-Ups, 2 sets until failure – I want you to do your best and at least TRY!) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
