4.28.21 Workout: Shoulders

Shred: (Standing Barbell Shoulder Press off Rails Superset w/ Single Arm Leaning Lateral Raise w/ DB, 5 sets of 10 reps presses and 15 reps on each arm Lateral Raises), (Seated Arnold Presses w/ DB’s Superset w/ Strict Side Raises w/ DB’s, 5 sets of 14 reps on each movement), (Face-Pulls w/ Resistance Band or on Cables, 5 sets of 16 reps) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
