4.22.21 Workout: Chest

Shred: (Incline Machine Chest Press Superset w/ Push-Ups, 5 sets of 12 reps of each movement), (Chest Flyes on Flat Bench w/ DB’s Superset w/ DB Squeeze Presses, 5 sets of 12 reps of each movement), (Decline Overhand Grip Chest Flyes on Cables, 4 sets of 20 reps) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 60 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
