4.14.21 Workout: Chest

Shred: (Chest Press on Flat Bench w/ DB’s w/ Static Hold, 4 sets of 12 reps on each side), (Pecdec Chest Flyes Superset w/ Alternating Chest Scoop Flyes w/ DB’s, 3 sets of 15 reps PecDec and 10 reps on each side Scoop Flyes), (Push-Ups Superset w/ Decline Cable Chest Flyes, 3 sets of 12 reps Push-Ups and 16 reps Decline Cable Flyes), (Standing Squeeze Presses w/ DB’s, 3 sets of 20 reps) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
