Shred & Bulk: The presses at the end of each round are reps until failure, if you choose to jump rope – try for 60 seconds on each round

Shred: 4 rounds of 12 reps on each movement, rest 2 minutes between rounds

Bulk: 4 rounds of 10 reps on each movement, rest 3 minutes between rounds
