3.8.21 Workout: Legs

Shred: (Leg Press w/ Reps from Dead Stop, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Close, Low Stance Leg Press Quads Focused, 3 sets of 20 reps), (Wide, High Stance Leg Press Hamstrings Focused, 3 sets of 20 reps), (Neutral Stance Leg Press, 4 sets of 16 reps – Push Yourself!!! Rest 90 seconds between sets

Cardio: Optional Today – 30 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
