3.5.21 Workout: Chest & Quads

Shred: (2 Seconds Pause Rep Barbell Chest Press on Flat Bench, 4 sets of 8 reps), (Normal Reps Barbell Chest Press on Flat Bench, 4 sets of 12-16 reps), (Close Stance Quads Focused Goblet Squats w/ DB Superset w/ Seated Quad Extensions, 5 sets of 10 reps Goblets & 20 reps Extensions) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 60 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
