3.25.21 Workout: Core & Quads

Shred: (Weighted Sit-Ups on Decline, 4 sets of 25 reps, watch video for easier options if needed), (Leg Pull-Ins on Flat Bench, 4 sets of 25 reps), (Close Stance Goblet Squats w/ DB, 4 sets of 16 reps), (Flex Quads for 20 seconds Superset w/ Leg Extensions, 4 sets of 20 seconds flexing quads then immediately into 20 reps Leg Extensions), Rest 60-90 seconds between sets today.. maybe try only resting 60 seconds between abs sets and then taking the full 90 seconds between the quads sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
