Shred: (Bent Over Underhand Grip Rows on Smith Machine, 4 sets of 12-16 reps), (Single Arm Bent Over DB Row Superset Same Side Bent Over Row on Cable, 4 sets of 12 reps on each movement on each side), (Pull-Ups Superset w/ Straight Arm Lat Push-downs on Cable Superset w/ Lat Pull-Overs on Cable, 3 sets of Pull-Ups until failure, 16 reps Lat Push-Downs, and 16 reps on Lat Pull-Overs) Rest 90 seconds between sets today

Cardio: 60 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
