Shred: (Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 16 reps), (Overhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 16 reps), (Close, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Wide, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 20 reps), (Shrugs Holding Plated Weights or DB’s, 4 sets of 15 reps), (Planks, 2 sets of 2 minute Planks) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 60 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)

Bulk: (Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Overhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Close, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 8 reps), (Wide, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 3 sets of 16 reps), (Shrugs Holding Plated Weights or DB’s, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Planks, 2 sets of 90 seconds Planks) Rest 90-120 seconds between sets
