2.5.21 Workout: Chest

Shred: (Pecdec Chest Flyes, 7 sets of 16 reps, rest only 30-45 seconds between sets), (Chest Press w/ DB’s on Flat Bench, 4 sets of 12-14 reps), (Alternating “Scoop” Flyes w/ DB’s Superset w/ Squeeze Presses on Flat Bench, 3 sets of 10 reps on each side scoops & 10 reps squeeze presses), (Decline Cable Presses Superset w/ Push-Ups, 4 sets of 15 reps on cables & push-ups until failure) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets except for Pecdec Flyes at the beginning of the workout.

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
