2.22.21 Workout: Legs, Back, Traps

Shred: (Deadlifts, 5 sets of 8 reps), (Shrugs w/ Hex or Barbell, 4 sets of 15 reps), (Seated Lat Pulldowns w/ Close Hammer Grip w/ Dropset, 3 sets of 15 reps, dropset 15 reps), (Hamstring Curls, 5 sets of 30 reps), Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 20 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
