12.21.20 Workout: Legs, Back, Traps

Shred: (Hex Bar Deadlifts, 5 sets of 12 reps), (Seated Shrugs w/ DB’s, 3 sets of 14-18 reps), (Leg Press w/ Dropset, 5 sets of 10 reps, dropset 10 reps) Rest 90 seconds between sets today

Cardio: 40 minutes of low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
