Shred: (Seated Hammer Strength Rows, 4 sets of 15 reps on each side), (Overhand Grip Barbell Rows on Incline Bench Superset w/ Bent Over DB Rows, 5 sets of 12 reps on Barbell Rows and each side DB Rows), (Close, Hammer Grip Cable Rows, 4 sets of 14-16 reps) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Bulk: (Seated Hammer Strength Rows, 4 sets of 12 reps on each side), (Overhand Grip Barbell Rows on Incline Bench Superset w/ Bent Over DB Rows, 5 sets of 8 reps on Barbell Rows and each side DB Rows), (Close, Hammer Grip Cable Rows, 4 sets of 10-12 reps) Rest 90-120 seconds between sets
