Shred: (Incline Cable Chest Flyes on Incline Bench Superset w/ Incline Chest Presses w/ DB’s, 5 sets of 10-12 reps on each exercise), (Barbell Chest Press from dead stop off the Rails or Smith Machine, 5 sets of 8 reps), (Decline Barbell Chest Press Superset w/ Pecdec Chest Flyes, 4 sets of 15 reps on each exercise) rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Bulk: (Incline Cable Chest Flyes on Incline Bench Superset w/ Incline Chest Presses w/ DB’s, 5 sets of 8-10 reps on each exercise), (Barbell Chest Press from dead stop off the Rails or Smith Machine, 5 sets of 5 reps), (Decline Barbell Chest Press Superset w/ Pecdec Chest Flyes, 4 sets of 12 reps on each exercise) rest 90-120 seconds between sets
