11.24.20 Workout: Back

Shred: (Bent Over T-Bar Rows, 5 sets of 12-16 reps), (Single Arm Bent Over DB Rows, 5 sets of 10-12 reps on each side), (Wide Grip Seated Cable Rows, 5 sets of 16-20 reps), (Finisher: Pull-Ups Pyramid, Start at 1 rep, then 2 reps, then 3 reps – Continue until you can’t complete the reps and then work your way back down the pyramid, If you can’t do pull-ups then watch the video for substitutions) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets EXCEPT FOR Pyramid Pull-Ups – Only 15-30 seconds rest

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
