11.23.20 Workout: Chest Day

Shred: (3 seconds Pause Rep, Wide Grip, Barbell Bench Press, 4 sets 10 reps), (Incline Chest Flyes w/ DB’s Superset Incline Squeeze-Presses w/ DB’s, 3 sets of 12-16 reps on each movement), (Incline Chest Press w/ DB’s, 4 sets of 10-14 reps), (Squeeze-Presses w/ DB’s on Flat Bench Superset w/ Push-ups, 3 sets of 12-16 reps Squeeze-Presses & Push-ups until failure on each set) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
