Shred: (Underhand Grip Lat Pull Downs on Overhead Cable superset with Straight Arm Lat Push Downs, 4 sets of 14 reps on each), (Bent Over Overhand Grip Barbell Rows superset with Barbell Shrugs, 4 sets of 12 reps on each movement), (Close, Hammer Grip Low Cable Rows, 4 sets of 16 reps) Rest 60-90 seconds in between sets.

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium to low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)

Bulk: (Underhand Grip Lat Pull Downs on Overhead Cable superset with Straight Arm Lat Push Downs, 4 sets of 12 reps on each), (Bent Over Overhand Grip Barbell Rows superset with Barbell Shrugs, 4 sets of 10 reps on each movement), (Close, Hammer Grip Low Cable Rows, 4 sets of 12 reps) Rest 90-120 seconds in between sets.
