Shred: (Pull-Ups, 2 sets of 8-12 reps), (Bent Over Underhand Grip Barbell Rows, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Rack Pulls, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Seated Lat Pull-Downs w/ Pause Holds, 1 rep = 5 second pause hold + 2 normal reps, 3 sets of 5 reps), (Finisher: 2 sets of pull-ups until failure) rest 60-90 seconds between sets
