Shred: (Barbell Back Squats, 5 sets of 10 reps, rest 60-90 seconds between sets), (Hamstring Curls Superset RDL’s on Smith Machine, 5 sets of 15 reps on each movement, rest 60-90 seconds between sets), (Calf Presses, 2 sets of 12 reps toes pointing towards each other, toes pointing straight forward, toes pointing away from each other, rest 45 seconds between sets)

Bulk: (Barbell Back Squats, 5 sets of 6 reps, rest 90-120 seconds between sets), (Hamstring Curls Superset RDL’s on Smith Machine, 5 sets of 12 reps on each movement, rest 90-120 seconds between sets), (Calf Presses, 2 sets of 12 reps toes pointing towards each other, toes pointing straight forward, toes pointing away from each other, rest 45 seconds between sets)
