1.21.21 Workout: Quads

Shred: (Split Squats Holding DB w/ Dropsets to Bodyweight, 3 sets of 10 reps w/ DB & 15 reps Bodyweight on each leg, rest 60-90 seconds between these sets), (Close Stance Goblet Squats w/ DB, Superset Close Stance Leg Press, Superset Seated Quad Extensions, 7 rounds of 10 reps on each movement, rest only 45 seconds between rounds) STRETCH BEFORE & AFTER!!!

Cardio: OPTIONAL TODAY – 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
