Shred: (Close, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Wide, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 16 reps), (Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 16 reps), (Hammer Strength Machine Rows w/ Dropset, 5 sets of 10 reps, Dropset 10 reps), (Lat Pullovers on Cable on Incline Bench, 4 sets of 20 reps), (Barbell Shrugs, 4 sets of 12 reps), Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium to low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)

Bulk: (Close, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 10 reps), (Wide, Hammer Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns, 4 sets of 12 reps), (Hammer Strength Machine Rows w/ Dropset, 5 sets of 8 reps, Dropset 8 reps), (Lat Pullovers on Cable on Incline Bench, 4 sets of 15 reps), (Barbell Shrugs, 4 sets of 10 reps), Rest 90-120 seconds between sets
