1.20.21 Workout: Chest

Shred: (Barbell Bench Press on Flat Bench, 4 sets of 5 pause reps followed by 10 regular tempo reps), (Squeeze Presses on Flat Bench w/ DB’s Immediately into Regular Presses w/ same DB’s, 4 sets of 10 reps squeeze presses & 10 reps regular presses), (Hammer Grip Machine Chest Press w/ Dropsets, 3 sets of 10 reps, dropset 20 reps), (Pecdec Chest Flyes Superset w/ Push-Ups, 3 sets of 15 reps Flyes & Push-Ups until failure) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
