1.15.21 Workout: Quads & Hamstrings

Shred: (Air Squats, 2 sets of 25 reps), (Wide Stance Glutes/Hamstrings Focused Barbell Box Squats, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Close Stance Quads Focused Barbell Box Squats, 3 sets of 12 reps), (Standing Single Leg Hamstring Curls, 4 sets of 16 reps on each leg), (Seated Quad Extensions, 4 sets of 16 reps on each leg), (Finisher: Walking Lunges w/ DB’s, 2 sets of reps until failure) Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Cardio: OPTIONAL TODAY: 40 minutes of medium-low exertion (exertion rates are different for all of us, so for me: running would be high exertion, fast walk/jog for medium exertion, slow walk for low exertion)
